Our Chairman & CEO, Alex Cruz, would like to provide an update to our customers and affected passengers, following yesterday's significant IT issues.
We're extremely sorry for the disruption caused to you. Work continues to restore all of our IT systems but we expect some further disruption today. We're aiming to operate the majority of services from Heathrow and a near normal schedule at Gatwick.
Please don't come to the airport unless you have a confirmed booking for travel. We're unable to process re-booking at the airport terminals. You can check the status of your flight and your individual booking by visiting Manage My Booking http://ba.uk/eJxMhJ
You can claim a full refund or rebook your travel, you'll find more information here: http://ba.uk/snZpa8
If you don't have your bags with you, please help us to get these to you as quickly as possible by ensuring we have your latest contact details by filing a delayed bag report here: http://ba.uk/HOcB8F
Please don’t come to Heathrow to collect your delayed bags, as they are in the process of being sorted for onward distribution in secure airside locations.
