  • The campaign highlights how colleagues from across the airline, including cabin crew, pilots and operations teams provide thoughtful touches to our customers’ journeys

  • The ads are playing across UK radio stations

British Airways’ new campaign, ‘It’s the kind of thing our people do’ celebrates the thoughtful, caring touches our colleagues deliver every day – often without a second thought – which turns a journey into something our customers remember fondly.

Like the cabin crew colleague who spotted that two customers had become engaged on their trip to Cape Town and surprised them with champagne on the flight home. Or when a five-year-old lost her tooth on a flight and a colleague stepped in with a handwritten note and a coin to make sure the tooth fairy didn’t miss her at 30,000ft.

The campaign is currently playing on radio stations across the country and on our social media channels so keep an eye out. On radio, you’ll hear these heart-warming colleague stories:

The Toothfairy

Teddy's Trip

Taken Unwell

Birthday Treat

An Engagement

Pilot Reassuring

These stories are just a glimpse of the thoughtful moments our colleagues create for our customers when they fly with us. It’s the kind of thing our people do – the small things that can make a big difference.
